Job Description:

VP role in Business Architecture team responsible for driving Citi Transformation efforts, partnering with business lines to establish enterprise-wide frameworks, developing taxonomies, and providing governance and program oversight for process ownership assessments methodology

Job Responsibility:

Understand overall BA methodology to drive requirements across enterprise
Contribute to delivery of multiple BA transformation programs
Participate in BA operational model design
Provide inputs to transformation programs on required analytics and dashboards
Perform deep-dives and peer reviews
Serve as SME and primary point of contact
Articulate BA transformative improvements to stakeholders
Analyze and derive insights from complex information
Communicate progress and highlight risks
Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in analytical functions and technology development life cycle
Project management knowledge and experience with diverse senior stakeholders
Meaningful knowledge of risk management framework
Design of risk and controls/monitoring governance frameworks
Experience working horizontally across an organization in enterprise-wide implementations
Superior oral and written communication skills
Broad knowledge and understanding of banking operations
Excellent proficiency in data profiling and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent judgment for independent decision-making
Strong attention-to-details
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Nice to have:

Experience in banking operations
Risk management framework expertise
Enterprise-wide implementation experience
