Join us at Barclays as a Business Architect Process Engagement Lead. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and elevating our organisation’s key capabilities, processes, governance, and organisation structures at an incredibly exciting time during our process transformation. You’ll act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring our processes are designed effectively, clearly understood, and consistently adopted across the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations, using data led insights
  • Participation in projects and initiatives to improve performance & optimisation efficiency and effectiveness
  • Development of reports and presentations on performance & optimisation and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders
  • Identification of industry trends and developments, and collaboration with stakeholders across the bank to provide recommendations for change and improvement within performance and optimisation processes
  • Development and implementation of analytics and reporting performance & optimisation to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations
  • Identification of capacity creation in operations using data and Management Information

Requirements:

  • Advanced stakeholder collaboration and senior‑level engagement, with the ability to confidently present, communicate complex ideas with clarity, and facilitate high‑impact workshops
  • Comprehensive technical understanding of business architecture with a key focus on process architecture, with the capability to guide design thinking, challenge assumptions, and influence decision‑making
  • A proven track record of delivering high‑quality outputs against challenging deadlines, effectively balancing competing priorities and organisational demands
