Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Business Applications Manager to join our Information Technology & Digital Strategy Division.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of business applications across various departments
Manage and develop a team of application specialists and administrators, ensuring operational continuity and application performance
Collaborate with software vendors to manage licenses, resolve issues, and optimize third-party application support
Partner with business stakeholders and project managers to identify needs and recommend software solutions
Oversee the integration of enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability
Ensure that all business applications comply with data security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Drive process improvement and system automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Provide user support and training, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of business applications
Manage reporting and analytics capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making
Oversee and manage the budget for application investments, including procurement, subscriptions, and related resources

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Master’s degree is a plus
7+ years of experience in business application management or related IT roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership position
Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems
Experience in business system integration, project management, and change management
Familiarity with database management, data governance, and business intelligence platforms
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle SFA, Hyperion, ION Openlink
Understanding of software development processes, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience in process automation and business process optimization
Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
