This strategic role is a critical driver of our digital transformation, focusing on designing, implementing, and optimizing business systems that accelerate the strategic goals of our Go To Market, R&D, Operations, and Finance departments.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the strategy, development, and integration of core business applications, primarily Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud), Go-to-Market tools, and integration platforms such Slack, Hubspot, Zapier, and LLM providers
Own and manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, defining scope, budget, requirements, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with enterprise business goals
Drive digital transformation by championing the use of internal tools, automation, and AI integration to identify and streamline business processes, significantly improving efficiency and productivity across the organization
Act as the primary technology liaison between the Information Systems team and all departments, translating strategic business objectives and evolving business requirements into scalable, high-impact technical solutions
Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Product, R&D, and Operations to convert business needs into technical solutions that drive measurable value
Provide guidance and direction to a team of technical and project management professionals (indirect reports), managing stakeholder expectations and championing change initiatives across the organization to ensure high system adoption
Define and enforce best practices related to system architecture, security, performance, user adoption, and long-term support for all business applications
Regularly audit and improve data quality standards to ensure reliable, accurate insights are available for executive decision-making across the business
Requirements:
5+ years of experience managing business applications in a high-growth or enterprise environment
Deep understanding of Salesforce.com, including platform architecture, security model, integrations, and ecosystem best practices as well as GTM tools (e.g., marketing automation, sales enablement, prospecting tools, project management, iPaaS) such as Slack, Hubspot, Zapier, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, as well as GTM tools (e.g., marketing automation, sales enablement, prospecting tools, project management, iPaaS)
Demonstrated success leading digital transformation initiatives, including automation and AI integration
Proven ability to document and analyze business processes, procedures, and policies
Strong project management skills, with an emphasis on stakeholder communication and cross-functional execution
Solid understanding of data architecture, system integrations, and CRM ecosystems
Up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, features, product roadmaps, and third-party apps via AppExchange
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter capable of working independently or within a team
Strong service orientation, with the ability to support remote colleagues across multiple time zones
