Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of the end-to-end maintenance of our enterprise software solutions
Support the introduction of new technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
Use your SQL skills to navigate relational databases and ensure our records and knowledge management systems are accurate and accessible
Leverage your high-level systems analyst skills to troubleshoot complex applications and provide clear, confident guidance to staff
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science OR at least 3 years of experience in a similar role focused on enterprise software maintenance
Minimum 3 years of proven experience supporting enterprise software solutions
A solid understanding of relational databases and the ability to write/run MSSQL queries
Demonstrated experience as a systems analyst working on complex, multi-layered applications
High-level interpersonal skills
A flexible approach and the ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
A proactive drive to use office software and records management systems to their full potential
Nice to have:
Experience with SharePoint/SharePoint Online, SAP, Pathway, GIS, Library Management Systems, or Facility Management solutions
Familiarity with Power Platform and Azure Logic Apps
A background or interest in application development
