Role: Sales process automation: Lead / Business Application Specialist

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead / Business Application Specialist
  • As custodian of sales force automation - prepare a future-ready tech-enabled sales force and apply the right business analytics tools to increase the effectiveness of the sales force
  • Strong working knowledge of masters - outlet, material, pricing, primary sales, tax, etc
  • Work with IT teams & lead with solutions to ensure data harmonization & API integration
  • Keen eye to look for new developments to improve adoption of both DMS & SFA
  • Working knowledge on IT project management lifecycle - requirement gathering, UAT, roll-out, and training
  • Rolling out Sales Force Automation (SFA) & Distributor Management System (DMS)
  • End to end support to distributors and field force for adoption, daily usage, etc
  • Schedule periodic training sessions
  • Strong planning & project management skills to ensure timely completion of activities
  • Responsible for delivering the complete secondary sales dashboard - field team productivity, distribution metrics, growth & achievement performance, new product performance, etc. and Other reports including scheme utilization, distributor holding inventory

Requirements:

  • 4-10 yrs of experience with FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of DMS and SFA systems, including their functionality and capabilities
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, develop reports and make recommendations for system improvement
  • Excellent communication and training skills to effectively communicate system changes and provide support to users
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to DMS and SFA systems
  • Experience in managing projects related to application implementation and deployment
  • Understanding of business processes and how DMS and SFA can be used to improve efficiency and sales performance
