Job Description

As a Business Application Specialist, you will absorb all functionality that our S3 Passenger application offers. Next to that you are the first point of contact for our customers. Through various channels (Slack, JIRA, email) incidents and questions will be your responsibility and need to be resolved according to our SLA agreements. You know how to analyse the customer’s questions and offer them a solution because you know all the ins and outs of our S3 Passenger application and are also familiar with our customer’s business.

Job Responsibility

  • Quickly and adequate answering of functional and technical questions from our customers and consultants
  • Stay up to date on the changes/improvements of our software
  • Sharing knowledge with fellow business application specialists through documentation and meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent communicative and customer-oriented skills in both French and English
  • Experience in a similar position is a benefit
  • Experience in supporting customers in writing
  • Proactive attitude
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • A strong dose of inquisitiveness and curiosity
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is a benefit

Nice to have

Spanish and/or Italian communicative skills
