We’re looking for a Business Application Analyst who loves solving problems, helping people, and keeping systems running smoothly. If you enjoy digging into issues, improving processes, and making technology easier for others to use, this could be the perfect role for you. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Business and SQL Data Analyst and support staff across our stores, warehouse, and head office. Your goal is simple: help keep our business systems working at their best. You’ll look into system issues, help find the cause, and work with vendors and internal teams to get things fixed. You’ll also help test new features, tidy up documentation, and support new projects as the business continues to grow. No two days will be the same — you might be investigating a system problem one moment and helping refine a process the next. If you enjoy variety and like understanding how things work, you’ll feel right at home.
Job Responsibility:
Investigate and resolve issues escalated from IT Support relating to RMS (ERP), SMS (POS), SQL Server, MS Excel, MS Access, SSIS, SCALE (WMS), and integrations

Comfortable using SQL and the Microsoft 365 Suite
Experience with ERPs, POS, WMS, or similar systems (a bonus if you’ve worked in retail or wholesale)
Able to explain technical things simply and clearly
Organised, calm under pressure, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Great communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team‑first mindset
What we offer:

Great inner-city location in the vibrant Glenferrie café district of Hawthorn, close to public transport
Access to our Employee Assistance program to ensure that your well-being is continuously supported
Supportive, collaborative team environment
A role with variety and plenty of learning opportunities
The chance to make a real difference in how our systems and people work every day
A workplace that values respect, safety, communication, and continuous improvement
