Job Description

Airswift is seeking a Business and Project Management Analyst (only local candidates) to work at Georgetown- Guyana, on a permanent position with an Oil and Gas Company. Only local candidates, Guyanese. Responsible for the execution of the Business and Project Management processes, such as Strategic Management, Goals Cascading, Performance Management, Project Management, Process and Routine Management for MOG in order to support MOG Teams in achieving expected results.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the implementation of Strategic Management through context analysis, considering the company's Medium-Term Plan, the Americas Guidelines, and the results of the previous year, to define strategic goals
  • Support the implementation of Performance Management through the definition and deployment of strategic goals for each support department and operational unit
  • Support the execution of Strategic and Performance Management through the consolidation and monitoring of KPIs/results and the planning/execution of results monitoring meetings (Strategic, Support Departments, and Operational Units)
  • Contribute to the implementation and execute the monitoring of Project Management through the preparation of Corporate Project Reports, monitoring of project results, and training of Project Managers in the methodology related to Cost, Quality, Scope, Time, Communications, Risks, Human Resources, Stakeholders, Acquisition and Integration, following PMI best practices
  • Contribute to the management of routines and processes through the mapping, optimization, and periodic review of management system documents, such as policies, manuals, procedures, and work instructions, as well as the definition and monitoring of process indicators and results, and act in case of deviations
  • Analyze business data appropriately to provide insights for the decision-making process of the company's senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • six Sigma Green belt is a plus, PMP (Project Management Professional) and CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional) is a plus
