Associate to join the COO team with L&F, a team that integrates Securities Lending, Securities Financing, and Cash Management, delivering liquidity, lending, and financing solutions for clients globally. Job Responsibility:

  • Responsibilities spanning both the Business Management and Investment Platform & Transformation teams
  • Platform transformation projects
  • Ensure that L&F operates at its full potential by strategically growing talent, efficiently overseeing risks, leading our budget, and ensuring strong governance
  • Partner with leadership, L&F teams including Portfolio Managers and traders, in addition to cross-functional teams which will include Finance, Compliance, Operations, Technology

Requirements:

  • 3 years’ professional experience in financial services or a related field
  • Self-starter with high energy, motivation, commitment to excellence and positive approach to business challenges
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and process automation
  • Intellectual curiosity in financial markets and an appetite for consistent learning
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to understand and translate complex issues
  • Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning & Analysis is preferable
  • Prior project management experience is preferred
