Job Responsibility

Delivering high-quality learning programmes across Years 7-12
Deliver engaging lessons across Business Management, Economics, and Humanities, aligning with the Victorian Curriculum and VCE pathways
Inspire a love for fitness, health, and lifelong wellbeing through dynamic practical and theoretical classes
Develop and deliver captivating lesson plans aligned with the Victorian Curriculum, leveraging the school’s unique multi-age, vertical learning modules
Implement high-impact teaching strategies and inquiry-driven, project-based learning experiences that foster critical thinking and real-world connections
Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and empowering classroom environment where student voice is championed and individuality is celebrated
Work closely with a collaborative faculty to design modern learning resources, utilising the school’s 'living lab' and cross-curricular ecosystems

Requirements

Valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and deeply committed to student-centred learning
Respectful of the school's core values of responsibility and resilience, and capable of building strong, positive relationships within a diverse community
Relevant Teaching Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
