Job Description

Contribute to the electrification of transportation by joining our team as an ERP Business and Functional Analyst. In this stimulating role, you will contribute to the improvement, modification, and maintenance of existing IT solutions. You will be involved in activities related to operational support, incident and service request management, analyzing and resolving user issues, documenting processes and solutions, and implementing optimizations to increase efficiency and reduce operating and/or maintenance costs. You will also participate in reviewing stakeholder needs, adapting IT processes, and validating fixes and improvements with end users. You will be involved in specific projects as needed, depending on the required expertise.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to business line requests by clarifying functional needs and issues encountered
  • Lead diagnostic meetings to understand operational challenges and propose appropriate IT solutions
  • Document business requirements, functional rules, and processes for ongoing support
  • Update system configurations to meet business needs and implement required fixes
  • Maintain active communication with end users and ensure the continued adoption of implemented solutions
  • When required, prepare training documentation and coordinate training activities with business teams
  • Propose tools, optimizations, or adjustments to increase efficiency or reduce operating/maintenance costs
  • Ensure that implemented solutions—fixes or enhancements—comply with architectural standards and company norms
  • Contribute to the quality of deliverables by validating the consistency between business requirements and IT solutions
  • Participate in the documentation and maintenance of future processes with a view to continuous governance
  • Contribute to IT projects (in support of project teams)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Analyst
  • Participation in the full lifecycle of at least 3 projects
  • Experience configuring and supporting testing cycles for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sales and Supply Chain Management modules
  • Experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, and change management
  • Experience deploying new methodologies, providing training, and offering support in a professional and technical environment
  • Experience in the automotive industry or a similar manufacturing company
  • Influential leadership and ownership in a multidisciplinary and matrix context
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence at all hierarchical levels
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Structured work ethic and attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
