Job Description:

We are looking for Business and Data Lead Analyst to join our team and play a key role in translating customer needs into actionable insights and technical requirements. You’ll work closely with Product Owner, customers, engineering teams and stakeholders across the organization. To define user stories, analyse data, and improve internal processes. This is a unique opportunity to influence how we deliver value to our customers through data and help shape the future of our products and services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with the Product Owner to understand customer requests and define user requirements
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making, assessing project feasibility and impact
  • Utilize tools like Excel, SQL or BI tools to extract insights from data
  • Translate customer needs into well-structured technical requirements for engineering teams
  • Use diagrams and flowcharts to model current and future processes
  • Recommend continuous improvement of internal processes and act as a liaison between different stakeholders (e.g. customers, users, development team)
  • Conduct interviews, workshops and surveys with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements
  • Create clear and comprehensive documents, such as Business Requirements documentation (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and user stories

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and extract meaningful insights
  • Experience in writing user stories and functional requirements
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL) along with experience using Jira and Confluence
  • Prior experience working on large-scale, complex initiatives
  • Strong capability to assess priorities, identify potential risks, and proactively suggest viable solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Workload Automation tools, especially Control-M, is highly desirable
