Job Description:

Citi Retail Services is seeking a strategic and seasoned analytics leader to join our growing Portfolio Management and Analytics team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage advanced analytics to drive significant impact on our retail portfolio. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in profitable portfolio growth, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive profitable growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Portfolio Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of portfolio performance, identifying key trends, drivers, and opportunities for optimization
  • Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to identify high-value customer segments
  • Marketing Optimization: Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend strategies to optimize targeting
  • Growth Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies for specific retail card portfolios
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify emerging trends and best practices
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and risk management
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate complex analytical findings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research)
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 6-10 years of experience in business/marketing analytics, preferably within financial services or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing large datasets and applying statistical and quantitative techniques
  • Proficiency in SAS/SQL, Python, and other relevant analytical tools
  • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
