Job Responsibility:

  • Document data processes and workflows to improve team efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and provide analytical support for projects
  • Suggest improvements for data collection and organization methods
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle
  • Create and update regular reports and dashboards to track key customer metrics (KPIs)
  • Perform basic data analysis tasks such as filtering, sorting, pivot tables, and creating charts/graphs to visualize findings
  • Support the team with ad-hoc data extraction and analysis requests
  • Clean, organize, and maintain customer data sets in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and databases
  • Assist in the development and management of a structured document repository for data reports, dashboards, and analysis summaries
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across different customer data sources and documents

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas, data cleaning techniques)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and a strong desire to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and documents simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
