Job Description:

The Business Analytics Analyst role involves working with large and complex data sets to evaluate and support business strategies. Responsibilities include implementing Adobe tags, developing dashboards, conducting strategic analysis, and ensuring compliance with business and quality standards. Candidates must be proficient in Adobe Analytics, SAS, SQL, MS Excel, possess analytical and problem-solving skills, and have experience in digital data management and analytics.

Job Responsibility:

Work with large and complex data sets to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies
Identify and compile data sets using a variety of tools to predict, improve, and measure business outcomes
Partner with business teams and stakeholders to define data needs and align with business objectives to develop and deliver digital Adobe analytics reporting
Implement and validate Adobe tags to ensure precise tracking and measurement of digital performance
Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to implement Adobe Tags on digital platforms
Assess accuracy of Adobe tags and develop solutions to maintain business and quality standards
Develop visually compelling Adobe dashboards to monitor digital journeys and business outcomes
Identify trends, patterns, and challenges to generate insights and support decision making
Perform deep dive exercises to uncover issues and identify opportunities
Assess risk in business decision-making, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Requirements:

Must have 3+ years of work experience largely in the Digital Data Management and Analytics space
Proficient in Adobe Analytics, SAS, SQL, MS Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to retrieve and manipulate data
Possess analytic ability and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be organized, detail oriented, and adaptive to matrix work environment
Ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams
Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
