Job Description:

We are seeking Business Analysts who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves collaborating with business units to gather and define requirements, working closely with development teams to ensure deliverables align with objectives, and partnering with project managers to drive initiatives to completion. The ideal candidate will also verify and test solutions to ensure problems are resolved effectively. Projects can range from small enhancements to large-scale transformations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
  • Collaborate with business units to gather and define requirements
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure deliverables align with objectives
  • Partner with project managers to drive initiatives to completion
  • Verify and test solutions to ensure problems are resolved effectively
  • Assist in consolidating and standardizing processes across multiple subsidiaries
  • Support the migration of an operating company to the John Deere System which utilizes Microsoft Dynamics

Requirements:

  • A BA with experience with MS Dynamics is highly desirable
  • A BA with Lead experience would also be beneficial for one of the roles
