Job Description:

The Business Analysis team helps all General Managers make their markets grow. As a B.A, you will have responsibility for understanding and communicating marketplace dynamics to key stakeholders, and will be actively involved in formulating and analysing growth strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Marketplace analysis: digging into all our internal metrics
Growth Strategy: defining and developing our growth plans and experiments
Competition Intelligence: Look for and analyse how our competitors are growing
Recommendations: Make recommendations to grow as fast as possible in a scalable manner
Setting business analysis frameworks, sharing high standards analysis methodologies, and enforcing data best practices
Help us go deeper in our understanding of our complex marketplaces with advanced analyses

Requirements:

Fluent in French and English
Eligible for VIE
Natural problem solver & multitasker and proven self-starter
Skilled in Excel and SQL (Python is a plus), with an understanding of data structures and visualisation tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships
Willingness to get your hands dirty, understand and execute in operations at all levels
Ability to work autonomously and you love being part of a team

Nice to have:

Know the mobility sector and use Heetch a lot
