Job Description:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting a diverse team in preparing business requirements and performing functional analyses. This role requires experience in an agile environment and a strong understanding of the insurance sector. The candidate must be proactive and resourceful, capable of managing tasks and documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence two days per week. A contract renewal is possible after the end of the contract, to be discussed with the manager.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to define and document business requirements
Conduct detailed functional analyses to ensure compliance with user needs
Work in an agile mode to ensure efficient project delivery
Participate in group activities and planning sessions, requiring on-site presence two days per week
Use Jira and Confluence for task management and documentation of analyses

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an agile environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance sector
Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence
Ability to be proactive and resourceful, with a knack for solving problems independently
Language skills in English and French
