Job Responsibility:
Oversee the configuration, implementation, and rollout of a new software platform across 48 states
Collaborate with third-party software providers to address customization and support needs
Provide comprehensive training and support to team members and field staff during and after deployment
Analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations
Serve as a key point of contact for locators, managers, and other stakeholders to address questions and concerns
Conduct thorough testing to ensure the software meets functional requirements and performance standards
Assist with project management tasks to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Utilize data and analytics to optimize routing and scheduling processes for field operations
Maintain detailed documentation related to configurations, processes, and support activities
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in business analysis, application support, or a related role
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and coordinate tasks
Proficiency in application configuration, analysis, and testing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing, approachable personality
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site environment, five days a week
Track record of commitment and longevity in previous roles, showcasing a desire for career growth
