Job Description

We are looking for a pragmatic, sharp, and highly articulate Business Analyst to join our team for a critical, long-term platform migration project. Our client builds and delivers their own proprietary, enterprise-grade software platform. This project involves migrating the clients from a legacy platform to a next-generation platform. We need an execution-focused Business Analyst who loves the core fundamentals of the craft: elicitation, documentation, and crystal-clear articulation. You will be the vital bridge connecting our dev manager, director, product owners, and account management teams to ensure no crucial requirements get lost in the day-to-day noise.

Job Responsibility

  • mapping out the end-to-end customer migration journey
  • translating fluid, solution-focused conversations into concrete Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and technical workflows
  • eliciting requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
  • defining data-mapping rules, detailing client reporting needs, or setting up email suppression processes
  • aligning those details with upcoming sprint plans and Agile development timelines

Requirements

  • 5 to 6 years of solid, hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
  • proven track record in a fast-paced software development or SaaS environment
  • elite-tier communication and articulation skills
  • strong foundational grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies, data movement concepts, and software development environments
  • specific exposure to PHP or .NET
  • technical proficiency in Jira and Miro
