Job Description:

Robert Half is looking for a Business Analyst with experience working in Agile and SDLC environments to join a client team in Charlotte. This role will drive requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and functional documentation in support of enterprise initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Gather and document business and functional requirements
Facilitate sessions with stakeholders, SMEs, and development teams
Develop user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Support testing, validation, and change management processes
Bridge the gap between business and IT teams

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Excellent communication and documentation skills
