Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to define requirements, enhance processes, and support technology initiatives across Cards, Payments, or Retail Banking functions. The role involves partnering with business and technology teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and scalable solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
Translate business needs into clear system specifications and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct workshops, and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or automation
Prepare process flows, reports, presentations, and support decision-making
Create test plans, test cases, and support System Testing and UAT
Track and resolve issues using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and collaborate with IT teams
Assess risks, ensure compliance, and maintain transparency in reporting
Requirements:
8–12 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Cards, Payments, or Retail Banking
Strong skills in data analysis and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with BA tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, process mapping, and documentation
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Candidates must be willing to work night shifts, with working hours beginning at 6:00 PM IST
