Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role at NTT DATA Services focuses on managing infrastructure-related risks within the Technology Lifecycle Management Risk Management program. This role partners across business units and IT to identify, document, track, and drive remediation of infrastructure-related risks across the enterprise. The successful candidate will help manage risk across the broader infrastructure landscape, including servers, workstations, network devices, firewalls, and other technology assets identified through lifecycle, compliance, or vulnerability programs. The Business Analyst plays a key role in ensuring risks are actively managed, remediation plans are documented, timelines are tracked, and stakeholders remain engaged and accountable.
