Business Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements
• Develop and document business process flows, functional specifications, and system architecture designs
• Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and ensure clear communication of requirements
• Analyze core business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Oversee product development stages, including planning, development, testing, release, and production
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with stakeholder objectives
• Communicate project plans, progress, and deliverables to stakeholders and project managers

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on design creation and solution implementation
• Strong knowledge of architecture design modeling and tools
• Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and tools (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys)
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project methodologies
• Strong process mapping, re-engineering, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Lucid chart, draw.io) and documentation management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Loop)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) is required
• Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with a business impact
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving business needs

Certifications such as ECBA, CBAP, or ScrumMaster (CSM), or PSPO are highly preferred
