Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of Business and IT to evaluate, improve processes, and implement solutions in challenging assignments across industries. You will join Sopra Steria's rapidly growing Digital Product Management team, benefiting from career development opportunities and engaging in multidisciplinary teams.

Job Responsibility:

Translate customer requirements, customer expectations, and other desired changes into concrete solutions
Analyze and assess processes
Identify possible improvements
Provide advice based on analyses
Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

A proven track-record as (Senior) Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience
Expertise within one or more of the following areas: Finance, Public, Utilities and/or Logistics is an advantage
Experience with agile working
HBO/WO degree in the direction of Business or IT
Dutch and English proficiency
Analytical, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset.
