Business Analyst

• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology
• Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution
• Research, gather and synthesize information
• Collaborate with project, operations managers, and architects to establish strong partnerships with the client's business teams
• Translate business and technical requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Conduct thorough requirements gathering
• Employs various methods, including unstructured and structured interviews, prepared documents or questionnaires, document review, observation, and prototyping
• Validate and confirm responses, ensuring no room for misinterpretation after requirements gathering
• Assist in managing and executing testing activities, ensuring that solutions meet requirements and quality standards

• Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
• 15 years full time education
• 2 year of related experience
• 1+ year of experience as ServiceNow Business Analyst
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Micro-Certification
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST API, SOAP, etc.)
• Sound working knowledge of the Now Platform and core architecture and IT Service Management modules, including Service Catalog, Incident, Change, CMDB, Asset Management, Service Level, Knowledge, Mobile Agent, and Self-Service Portal
