Business Analyst. Melbourne, Victoria. Permanent Engagement, 4-5 days onsite Airport West, Victoria. Australian Citizenship OR Permanent Residency Required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate discovery sessions with key stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements, ensuring alignment between project goals and technical deliverables
  • Communicate complex concepts in plain language to everyone from frontline staff to the C-suite, ensuring consistent adoption of digital tooling and AI across the business
  • Partner with internal Data and IT team to act as the bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify workflows or bottlenecks that can be solved using technology
  • Assist in the assessment of everyday tasks for opportunities to use AI to automate manual processes, saving time and improving team productivity

Requirements:
