Business Analyst

• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks and present them in an understandable and actionable manner at a country level
• Ensure, promote and take responsibility for informed decision-making based on data in order to improve business performance
• Conduct advanced data exploration and analysis using modern data mining techniques and visualization tools to provide insights that help co-workers and stakeholders make better decisions
• Support Business Navigation partners in achieving a healthy profit and loss through key performance analysis and evaluation
• Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend applicable and cost-effective solutions
• Contribute to the development of the global business by providing simulations, scenarios and forecasts
• Assess trends, risks, business opportunities and ways of working and advise on actions for improvement while communicating in a clear and inspiring way
• Co-operate with team members and stakeholders to accomplish common goals

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills combined with attention to detail & accuracy with a big interest in data and business intelligence
• Experience in preparing, analyze and report complex accounting data
• High proficiency in Advanced Excel skills and complex formulas
• Demonstrated ability to access, extract, and manipulate data from various platforms using one or more common query programming languages
• Extended knowledge of SQL is required, Python is a plus
• Demonstrated experience with dashboard and/or data visualization development tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau)
• Experience in multicultural and multinational organizations, with strong communication skills between different stakeholders
• Experience in process improvement and documentation
• Experience in working autonomous and narrow deadlines
• Knowledge of data transformations and a good understanding of complex data transformations in Power Query
