Job Description:

HSBC is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Business Analyst with responsibilities ranging from consulting with business partners to engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously. This role requires strong business analysis skills, experience with transformation changes, and a proactive approach to mitigating risks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work independently and consult with the business at all levels
  • Build good relationships with delivery partners and Global Functions
  • Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and lead analyst roles
  • Identify and define issues or problems
  • Employ systemic thinking and creativity for devising solutions
  • Evaluate costs, benefits and obstacles of potential solutions
  • Articulate or translate complex information into structured communication
  • Drive strategically aligned solutions considering risk/reward
  • Question business decisions misaligned with commercial strategy
  • Mitigate service or performance risks proactively
  • Act as an expert across multiple projects or programmes
  • Conduct business research related to programme or project scope

Requirements:

  • Strong Business analysis
  • requirements gathering and design techniques skills
  • Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches
  • Basic Business reengineering knowledge
  • Relevant experience in business analysis role on complex projects across countries or regions
  • Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise
  • Experience in business analysis

  • Experience with running meetings over video or teleconference
  • Knowledge of MS Office and business analysis tools
  • Experience in change adaptation processes
  • plan and implement change intervention to enable smooth transition and Embed changes
