Business Analyst

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements
• Document comprehensive business and functional requirements, including process flows and user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit, validate, and prioritize project requirements
• Partner with the Product Design team to develop wireframes or mockups that enhance user interface content and workflows
• Assess the business impact of proposed system or application changes and identify gaps between current and desired states
• Conduct reviews with stakeholders to obtain approval and sign-off on project requirements and documentation
• Communicate updates on new or revised solutions to stakeholders, addressing concerns and escalating issues as needed
• Contribute to the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of business process improvements and solutions
• Develop and support training programs to ensure successful implementation of solutions
• Design and execute testing scenarios to validate that business requirements are met and conduct acceptance testing activities

• Proven experience in business analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience working in agile environments
• Proficiency in conducting gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired processes
• Familiarity with creating wireframes, mockups, or similar tools for user interface design
• Ability to analyze risk and reward to support effective decision-making
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Proficient in using tools for document review and process analysis
