Job Description:

Join Our Expert Team. We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (Cat. protette - Legge n.68/1999) to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation. As part of our [Business Consulting] division, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries, collaborating with international teams and growing your expertise in enterprise solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in ERP implementation projects based on SAP or Microsoft technologies
Support the project manager in requirement analysis and definition of business objectives
Collaborate with the development team to translate functional needs into technical specifications
Analyze client requirements and design customized solutions to optimize business processes
Assist clients in software configuration and usage, ensuring autonomy and satisfaction
Plan and execute validation activities prior to releases
Contribute to a team of highly competent consultants with both functional and technical expertise

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in end-to-end SAP and/or Microsoft ERP implementations
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Belonging to protected categories under Italian Law No. 68/1999
Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
