Business Analyst

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and meetings
• Translate business needs into clear specifications or user stories for development teams
• Support process mapping and optimization using tools like BPMN or UML
• Participate in test phases, helping define test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business and IT
• Maintain project documentation and ensure traceability across requirements and deliverables
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-focused solutions
• Gain exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint rituals

• Eligible for the VIE program and willing to relocate to Brussels
• Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• First internship or work experience in a Business Analyst or IT consulting environment is a plus
• Strong interest in digital transformation, system analysis, and process improvement
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, functional documentation, and analytical frameworks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both business and IT teams
• Speak English and French fluently (both written and spoken) – mandatory

First internship or work experience in a Business Analyst or IT consulting environment is a plus
