Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to analyze current business processes, map user workflows, and define how our systems should function. This role will work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX, Engineering, and business stakeholders to bring clarity to requirements before development begins. In organization, the Business Analyst plays a hands-on role in understanding how work gets done today and translating that into structured, actionable inputs for product development. This role helps reduce ambiguity, improve user experience, and ensure solutions align with real business needs. This role requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to connect business context with product execution.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product, or related roles
  • Experience documenting business processes and workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working in a software or technology-driven environment

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Product Managers and UI/UX teams
