Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, successful candidates will have to perform the following tasks under the supervision of our Senior Service Design and IT Staff:

Job Responsibility:

Closely collaborate with the Product Owner, Service Request Owner, and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into solution requirements for IT project implementation
Participate in the Service Design process to prepare comprehensive ticket requirements according to the Request or Product Owner requests
Facilitate the business users to identify and prioritize the project initiatives to fulfill the business objectives and meet the project timeline
Document the business functional requirements in detail and ensure the implementation is in place
Work with UI for UI design and screen mock-up
Reviewing and providing the appropriate feedback on the final implementation of the user interface
Serve as an internal point of contact for the development team whenever requirements need to be clarified
Ability to analyze and calculate data
Work with the development team Scrum Master to identify and remove impediments that come up during the sprint process
Assist in software testing activities and cooperate closely with the QA-staff for successful delivery

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent industry experience
Excellent communication skills in both English, Vietnamese and interpersonal skills are obligatory
Experience in software development as a Business Analyst or Product Owner is advantageous
Knowledge of the software development process, especially software requirement analysis
Ability to effectively and proactively interact and communicate with senior management, internal departments, clients, and vendors
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
Good UI/UX knowledge/experience
Good skills in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business and technical flows/diagrams, creating mockups /wireframes/prototypes, etc.
General understanding and experience of business processes as well as an interest in understanding a broad range of business models and needs
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on attention to detail
A proactive can-do attitude and strong commitment to the deadline
Experience in Agile/ Scrum is a big plus
Willingness to learn new technologies both by training and self-learning

Nice to have:

Experience in Project Management, Scrum, or other agile processes
Prior experience in working with international partners from the US or Europe
Knowledge, background, or experience in Data Analysis
