Job Description:

Amaris Consulting is looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Brussels under a V.I.E contract. This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your international career while contributing to innovative digital projects in a dynamic and multicultural environment. You will gain hands-on experience in software development initiatives, collaborating with both business and technical teams to shape tomorrow’s IT solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of digital product development, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical teams
  • Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and guide Agile development cycles
  • Analyze business processes and gather requirements for digital and software development projects
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions
  • Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement of applications and platforms
  • Monitor product performations and platforms

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or IT project coordination
  • Strong interest in digital product development, business process analysis, or project management
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Eager to work in an international, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
  • Willing to relocate to Brussels for the duration of the VIE assignment
  • Eligible for the V.I.E program (under 29 years old)
