Business Analyst

• Analyse global and regional market trends and gather insights from our clients in collaboration with Sales colleagues across all regions
• Contribute to shaping new ideas and product features that further enhance Avaloq’s value proposition, including the definition of high-level process flow, business architecture and delivery plan
• Gather, refine and document requirements from various stakeholders and functions to meet the needs of our clients and to align with the market standards and the regulatory requirements
• Act as a point-of-contact between business and technical product teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication throughout the product lifecycle
• Own and maintain reports related to your initiatives to track their progress, identify blockers and propose actions to ensure their success
• Work closely with senior product managers and assist in communicating product plans, results to stakeholders, and generating informed decision-making across the organization

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Interested in the future of the banking industry and the evolution of technology
• Energetic and a continuous learner in an ever-changing ecosystem, striving for the highest possible quality of work

• Resourceful and creative and can solve challenging problems independently
• Confident in coordinating communication between stakeholders
