Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Order to Cash (OTC) product team. You will work with Product Managers, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements, support initiatives like eInvoicing and digital automation, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to manage OTC areas (Billing, eInvoicing, Credit Management)
  • Lead small projects or act as SME for OTC processes
  • Document business processes, user needs, ROI, and stakeholder requirements
  • Create opportunity statements and use cases to support solution design and prioritization
  • Maintain a clear, actionable product backlog
  • Translate insights into product features and enhancements that deliver measurable value
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT delivery teams to align product roadmap and technical solutions
  • Support design, testing, hypercare, and ongoing system improvements
  • Maintain and prioritize backlog of epics, features, and user stories
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across process, technology, and user experience

Requirements

  • Experience with end-to-end Order to Cash processes
  • Experience in global or offshore/onshore implementation environments
  • Agile Scrum Master experience is a plus
  • Background in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals, ideally with SAP ECC or S/4HANA
  • Knowledge of electronic invoicing standards (e.g., Peppol Exchange)
  • Experience collaborating with outsourced support partners for system and business services
