Business Analyst

Beacon Hill is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to assist our enterprise client with a major system migration. In this project you will work closely with the Program Manager, internal stakeholders across IT and many business units as well as multiple third-party vendor resources to help gather requirements for a migration from on-prem to the cloud of these packaged software applications. This system migration from on prem to the cloud has just kicked off so you will be joining the project at phase 0. These two major applications, JIRA and Confluence, are used by over 7000 users. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements, create clear documentation, and communicate project updates through strong presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable presenting to diverse audiences. Having advanced Microsoft Power Point skills is required as well as a strong attention to detail as it relates to proof reading documentation, spelling, grammar, etc. The ideal candidate would have at a minimum experience using JIRA and/or Confluence heavily as a user but ideally someone who has been part of a project to take systems like JIRA or Confluence such as Monday.com, ServiceNow, Asana from on prem to the cloud would also be valuable experience.
