Job Responsibility:
Assess current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and overall performance
Gather input from stakeholders to define business needs, document objectives, and translate priorities into clear functional guidance
Review operational documents and business records to verify accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established requirements
Perform gap analysis to compare existing workflows with desired outcomes and recommend actionable solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment to support planning, refinement, and delivery activities
Analyze call center operations and customer service trends to uncover issues, support decision-making, and enhance the client experience
Prepare organized reports, process documentation, and summaries that communicate findings and recommendations to business partners
Requirements:
Experience in business analysis with the ability to evaluate processes and define business needs clearly
Background supporting call center or customer service operations in a detail-focused environment
Strong document review skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Working knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and participation in team-based delivery models
Ability to conduct gap analysis and develop practical recommendations based on findings
Effective communication skills for working with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and presenting insights
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
