Business Analyst

• Utilize data analysis tools to interpret business needs and translate them into system requirements
• Develop and manage effective ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes for efficient data flow
• Utilize Microsoft SQL, PL/SQL Development, and Unidata for database management and operations
• Apply your knowledge of Cloud ERP for effective resource planning and management
• Leverage Apache Kafka and Apache Spark for real-time data processing and analytics
• Ensure the efficacy of EO/IR systems and algorithms for optimized business operations
• Constantly monitor and update business analytics for informed decision making
• Participate in the design and implementation of database systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data sources
• Continually upgrade your knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the business at the forefront of its field

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Database and Analytics
• Proficient in Data Analysis and use of Data Analysis Tools
• Has a strong background in Data Analytics
• Familiar with Microsoft SQL and PL/SQL Development
• Experience with Unidata is preferred
• Understanding of Cloud ERP systems
• Proficiency in ETL - Extract Transform Load processes
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
