Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a bridge between business and IT – define client needs and translate them into effective digital solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to C-level and senior stakeholders in the insurance industry
  • Participate in RFI/RFP processes and support contract negotiations
  • Provide analytical support throughout software implementation projects — from requirements gathering to deployment
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to craft B2B campaigns and value proposition
  • Keep an eye on market trends, regulations, and competitors to help shape our product strategy

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, IT, Business Administration, or Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Insurance domain (Life & Health knowledge required)
  • Fluent English and Dutch or French (spoken and written)
  • Natural communicator – charismatic, optimistic, confident and patient
  • Strong analytical mindset, ability to connect business and technology
  • Independence, ownership, and curiosity to explore “why” before answering “how”
