We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our clients' needs and our internal teams. This role demands a strong understanding of pre-sales and post-sales processes, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and document requirements. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding client goals, shaping project strategies, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and prepare tailored solutions
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with potential clients to define project scope
Assist in preparing technical proposals, business cases, and solution presentations
Coordinate with technical teams to provide accurate effort estimation and timelines
Contribute to creating sales decks, product demonstrations, and RFP/RFI responses
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams during project execution
Document functional and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather detailed project requirements
Oversee the implementation process to ensure alignment with agreed deliverables
Track and resolve issues, manage change requests, and communicate progress to stakeholders
Analyze business processes and recommend optimization strategies
Create detailed documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), user stories, and process flows
Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and user expectations
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure project handover is smooth and well-documented
Requirements:
Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart)
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience in industries such as software development, AI solutions, or SaaS platforms
Ability to handle B2B and B2C projects, catering to diverse client personas
Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to influence decision-making
Team collaboration and leadership skills to work cross-functionally
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years as a Business Analyst with a focus on pre-sales and post-sales roles
