Job Description:

Join Codebridge as a Business Analyst and take the next step in your career – grow, take ownership, and help deliver FinTech, HealthTech, and eLearning products for EU and US clients with a global impact.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements elicitation and structuring
Communicating with clients regarding product requirements
Analyzing existing designs, specifications, and applications provided by the client
Preparing user stories and acceptance criteria for them
Participation in discovery phases during the pre-sale stage
Regularly clarifying requirements with the development team
Support for designers in prototype preparation
Managing expectations of the client

Requirements:

1–1.5 years of experience in business analysis on commercial projects
Experience in preparing use cases, user stories with acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum
Problem-solving and result-oriented approach
Critical and probing mindset, attention to details
Effective communication skills
Upper-intermediate or higher English
