Job Responsibility
Lead and support the planning and execution of vital projects and process enhancements
Collaborate with technology teams, business units, and external partners to resolve complex issues and implement effective solutions
Conduct in-depth business analysis, comprehensive risk assessments, and critical business impact analyses to inform strategic decisions
Develop and present clear, concise operational and management status reports to stakeholders
Create and meticulously maintain essential business process documentation
Effectively communicate business strategies, policies, and changes to diverse stakeholder groups
Actively support business continuity efforts and provide crucial assistance during crisis events to ensure operational resilience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred
3–5 years of experience, preferably within the financial services sector
Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Experience in business continuity planning or support
