Job Description

Whitehall Resources are looking for a Business Analyst. This role is hybrid working with 2 days per week based onsite in Shropshire, and the remainder remote working, for an initial 6 month contract.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with people who have differing levels of IT knowledge/skill
  • Able to use Data modelling techniques
  • Experience with the Windows Suite and MS Office applications
  • Strong experience in Requirements & Analysis on large scale and/or multi project environments, Data Capture, Data Analysis
  • RUP
  • Detailed understanding of Systems Life Cycles, in particular the requirements and analysis phases
  • Strong communications with the ability to build and maintain good Client relationships
  • Being able to adopt a flexible approach with the ability to work under own initiative
  • Candidates need to be resilient in nature and able to deal with conflict management
  • Will need strong decision making and judgment, influencing skills, presentation skills to development areas and to client base with strong evidence of skill competency around flexibility
