We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA). Role Summary: Supports analytics and insight initiatives by working with customer and operational data, performing statistical analysis, and contributing to dashboards and performance reporting.
Job Responsibility
Support analysis of service data contributing to churn, AHT, and SLA improvement
Assist with statistical analysis and data exploration
Prepare dashboards and analytical summaries
Support root-cause analysis for repeat contacts and service issues
Participate in analytics-led CX improvement initiatives
Perform data validation and quality checks
Requirements
4 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business analysis roles
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related discipline
Early-career exposure to service or operations analytics
