Job Description

We're looking for an experienced PLM Business Analyst to join a major digital transformation programme focused on re-engineering product development processes within a fashion retail environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence a high-profile initiative from the early stages and help deliver a modern, efficient operation.

Job Responsibility

  • Running workshops to gather detailed requirements from Buying, Merchandising, Design, Technical, QA, and Supply Chain teams
  • Documenting business processes and requirements for configuration and training
  • Supporting data readiness activities (attributes, product hierarchies, vendor data)
  • Coordinating with the PLM vendor and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Supporting testing cycles (UAT), defect management, and training preparation
  • Maintaining governance documentation (project plans, RAID logs, decision logs)

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of PLM systems and processes relevant to fashion retail
  • Experience in multi-channel fashion retail environments
  • Skilled in process documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven ability to support system/integration testing, UAT, and training delivery
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
