A long-standing Oklahoma company is looking for a Business Analyst to support HR systems and help strengthen day-to-day technology operations in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role centers on Workday configuration, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization, while working closely with HR partners, business leaders, and IT teams. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Workday experience, sound analytical judgment, and a practical approach to improving system performance and user adoption. This is a direct hire position, and sponsorship is not being offered at this time. Position an in-office/ hybrid role.
Job Responsibility
Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM, including business processes, workflows, condition rules, validations, and security roles
Provide day-to-day HRIS support and troubleshoot system issues
Support Workday releases, including testing, impact assessment, and deployment activities
Perform audits and data reviews to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance
Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable system solutions
Collaborate with IT on integrations, data flow, and system stability
Participate in cross-functional HRIS projects and backlog enhancement efforts
Create and maintain system documentation, job aids, and process guides
