The Quoting & Rebating Analyst is responsible for executing high-volume transactional tasks related to customer pricing, quote generation, and rebate processing. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all quoting and rebate activities, supporting the broader Sales Operations function. The analyst will collaborate with sales, finance, and deal desk teams to maintain pricing integrity and streamline workflows.
Job Responsibility:
Generate and validate customer quotes & rebates in alignment with pricing policies, discount structures, and contract terms to ensure accurate application of rebate programs and timely resolution of discrepancies
Maintain pricing and rebate data in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and meet service level agreements
Support audit and compliance efforts by maintaining accurate documentation and transaction records
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times
Provide reporting on quote volumes, rebate accruals, and error rates
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in quoting, pricing, or rebate operations within a transactional or shared services environment
Proficiency in CRM and ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ / Model N, SAP)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks
Effective communication skills and ability to work across time zones
Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit standards is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
